"Crown' emery grains and powder. applied on a cloth buff is widely and popularly used for polishing of metal articles like automobile accessories (car bumpers, door handles), dinnerware and table ware (bowls, plates, knives, spoons, forks etc) stainless steel balls for ball bearings and innumerable other stainless steel articles. The smaller individual crystal size, higher corundum content, and perfect sizing makes "Crown" emery the first and popular choice for Stainless steel polishing. This product can also be used in form of a emery compound or paste.

CROWN Black/White Coares — 2011/2010:

Crown black coarse is used to remove scratches, stretcher strains, orange peel, polishing wheel grit lines, light die marks, paints, etc from mild steel & stainless steel. For faster & better results, we have Crown white coarse, a bit costlier then Crown black coarse This give Smatt finish We suggest sisal wheel for this application.

CROWN Black/White Fine — 2013/2012:

Crown black fine is used to remove mild scratches, stretcher strains, orange peel, polishing wheel grit lines, light die marks, paints, etc from mild steel & stainless steel. If you need faster & better results, we have Crown white fine, a bit costlier then Crown black fine. Crown Black/white will give satin finish. We suggest sisal or sewn cotton hard wheel for this application.

CROWN Black/White Super Fine — 2015/2014:

Crown black super fine will remove hair line scratch marks and give super finish but not gloss/colour. After this just a Crown green for super gloss. Here too we have better option of Crown white super fine for better and faster results Crown white super fine is costlier then Crown black super fine. We suggest loose cotton wheel for this application

CROWN Red — 3016:

Crown Red 3016 is mainly recommended for plastics &acrylics It is designed to cut and remove scratches and make the surface even Loose cotton wheel not tightly stitched is recommended

CROWN Brown — 3017:

Crown Brown 3017 is recommended for stainless steel,brass, copper, aluminium, etc for removing scratches and making the surface smooth Sewn cotton wheels recommended

CROWN White —3018:

Crown White 3018 is same as Crown brown 3017 recommended for stainless steel, brass, copper,aluminum, etc for removing scratches and making the surface smooth 3018 is costlier then 3017 but the performance is faster and better Sewn cotton wheel is recommended

CROWN Grey — 3019:

Crown grey is specially designed for hardest steel for removing scratches by giving hard cut Sisal wheel is recommended for this application

CROWN Green —4020:

Crown green is the most running product for glossy finish on stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, chrome, brass, etc We recommend loose cotton wheel.

CROWN Violet —4021:

Crown violet gives cut with polish on stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, chrome, brass, etc. We recommend thick cotton airflow wheel with plits for this application.

CROWN Grey — 3019:

Crown grey gives fast cut with better polish on stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, chrome, brass, etc. We recommend loose cotton wheel for this application.

CROWN White —4023:

Crown white gives hard cutting with polish on stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, chrome, brass, etc. We recommend hard sisal wheel for this application.

CROWN Brown — 4024:

Crown brown is same as Crown white 4023 gives hard cutting with polish on stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, chrome, brass, etc We recommend hard sisal wheel for this application 4024 is cheaper then 4023.

CROWN Ivory — 5026:

Crown Ivory is specially for plastic lens border polishing, acrylic, poly amide, wooden articles, etc We recommend flannel cotton buff wheel.

CROWN Cream —5027:

Crown cream is same as Crown Ivory 5026 It is also used for plastic lens border polishing, acrylic, poly amide, wooden articles, etc. However, gives faster and better results then 5026 5027 is costly then 5026 We recommend flannel cotton buff wheel for this applications.

CROWN White —5028:

Crown white is just like Crown cream 5027 It is also used for plastic lens border polishing, acrylic, poly-amide, wooden articles, etc over and above this it will work on stainless steel also.

CROWN Grey — 5029:

Crown grey gives glossy finish over die, stainless steel, mild steel, brass, etc. We recommend loose cotton wheel for this application.

CROWN Blue — 5030:

Crown blue is specially designed for zinc, chrome and stainless steel super finish To remove swirl marks from the chrome We recommend flannel wheel for this application.

CROWN Red Rouge — 6032:

Crown red rouge is same as Crown green rouge 6031, but a bit less impressive then 6031 But 6032 costs half the price of 6031 We recommend loose cotton wheel for except glass For glass felt wheel is recommended.

CROWN Grey Rouge — 6033:

Crown grey rouge is specially designed for precious and semi precious stones, granite, marble, vitrified tiles, glass, etc We recommend loose cotton wheel for precious and semi precious stones, marble and granite where as for glass felt wheel is recommended.

CROWN White — 6034:

Crown white gives super finish effect on celluloid acetate, acrylic, polyamide, plastics and wooden articles with coating effect. We recommend soft cotton loose wheel for this application.

CROWN Pink — 6035:

Crown pink is meant to apply after using green, violet, grey & red rouge to get chrome effect We recommend loose cotton wheel for this application.

White Compound Coarse — 11051:

This product can be used in all ferrous and non ferrous metals like stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc for matt finish It can be used on buffing wheel, fully automatic buffing plant, barrel finishing, etc. depending upon the job You can even apply the cream over the job and manually buff over the buffing wheel.

Black Compound Coarse — 11054:

This product can also be used in all ferrous and non ferrous metals like stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc for matt finish It can be used on buffing wheel, fully automatic buffing plant, barrel finishing, etc depending upon the job You can even apply the cream over the job and manually buff over the buffing wheel But 11054 is far cheaper then 11051.

White Compound Medium — 11052:

This product is used for satin finish over any ferrous and non ferrous metals like stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc. It can be used on buffing wheel, fully automatic buffing plant, barrel finishing, etc. depending upon the job You can even apply the cream over the job and manually buff over the buffing wheel.

Black Compound Medium — 11055:

Crown grey is specially designed for hardest steel for removing scratches by giving hard cut. Sisal wheel is recommended for this application.

White Compound Fine — 11053:

Black Compound Fine —11056:

This unique compound is also used for glossy finish over any ferrous and non ferrous metal like stainless steel,brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc. It can be used on buffing wheel, fully automatic buffing plant, barrel finishing, etc depending upon the job You can even apply the cream over the job and manually buff over the buffing wheel But 11056 is far cheaper then 11053. Magical four steps of Crown liquid Compounds for glossy finish on any surface. 

There are total four steps for finishing any job in barrel polishing, vibrating finishing machine, centrifugal finishing machine, lapping machine or Debussy machine This four steps can be used for any applications like watch component to jewelery & engine parts, plastic articles to carbide cutting tools, surgical and orthopedic parts to hand tools, bearing accessories to automobile parts, finishing of any products which you can think of. This cream can be used with corncobs, media (ceramic, wooden, leather, plastics, abrasives, etc) in any of the above machines This cream will reduce time and increase the performance.

Step 1: 10051 is used in the first step to remove the burrs from the article.

Step 2 : 9047 is used in the second step for removing the mountains and valleys and make the surface uniform and smooth.

Step 3 : 8043 is used in the third step for removing minor swirl marks and make the article mark free and ready to get a gloss on it.

Step 4 : 7040 is used in the fourth step and it gives a magical gloss over the article just like mirror on any surface.

Grey Compound:

This is very aggressive compound, so only for use in hard steel e.g. die, tools, etc This can be used in barrel polishing, lapping machine, manually, auto machines, etc.

Step 1: 10052 is used in the first step to remove the burrs from the article.

Specially design to polish stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc It give super gloss over the surface This liquid is specially designed to use in the barrel polishing, vibrating finishing machine or centrifugal finishing machine Small parts or irregular shaped parts which cannot be polished over the buffing wheel can be finished here.

Green Compound — 7037:

This product can be used after using 9050 green for more better results It will remove all swirl marks and give classic glossy surface.

Black Compound — 9048:

This compound is same as green 9050. but much costlier one and better in performance and time saver Specially design to polish stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, zinc, etc It give super gloss over the surface This liquid is specially designed to use in the barrel polishing, vibrating finishing machine or centrifugal finishing machine Small parts or irregular shaped parts which cannot be polished over the buffing wheel can be finished here It is also used in auto plants.

Blue Compound — 8046 / 7042:

This compound is specially designed for soft metals like soft stainless steel, mild steel, brass, aluminum, zinc, copper, tin, chrome plated, etc. It gives super gloss over the surface This liquid is specially designed to use in the barrel polishing, vibrating finishing machine or centrifugal finishing machine Small parts or irregular shaped parts which cannot be polished over the buffing wheel can be finished here It is also used in auto plants.

Pink Compound — 8045 / 7041:

This is the costliest and magic product of Crown 8045/7041 pink can be used on any material, any surface and in any way i.e. by hand using elbow grease, on the buffing machine (whether manual or auto plant), barrel finishing, vibrating finishing machine or centrifugal finishing machine It gives magical results This product can be supplied to Hotels, home, offices, hospitals, etc where they can polish any articles with hand using elbow grease, foam pad or with hand buff.

Brown Compound — 7038:

This product is specially designed for glass polishing for e.g. wind shield, glass art work, float glass, etc. The blind wind shield can be converted to new looking wind shield by this product. We recommend to use it with felt wheel.

Pink Compound — 8045 / 7041:

This is the costliest and magic product of Crown 8045/7041 pink can be used on any material, any surface and in any way i.e. by hand using elbow grease, on the buffing machine (whether manual or auto plant), barrel finishing, vibrating finishing machine or centrifugal finishing machine It gives magical results. This product can be supplied to Hotels, home, offices, hospitals, etc where they can polish any articles with hand using elbow grease, foam pad or with hand buff.

Brown Compound — 7038:

This product is specially designed for glass polishing for e.g. wind shield, glass art work, float glass, etc. The blind wind shield can be converted to new looking wind shield by this product. We recommend to use it with felt wheel.
